1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and suwerte77 ("suwerte77," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the suwerte77 website located at https://suwerte77.asia and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with suwerte77. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your suwerte77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.

You agree to notify suwerte77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. suwerte77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your suwerte77 account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account to access the Platform or place bets on your behalf.
• You must ensure that all information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not use your suwerte77 account for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

suwerte77 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and security verification checks at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Cooperation with these checks is a condition of continued account access.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the suwerte77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your suwerte77 account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within the timeframe specified at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. suwerte77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into your suwerte77 account. suwerte77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.

• Withdrawal processing times: GCash and PayMaya — as fast as 3 minutes; bank transfers — within the same business day for verified accounts.
• suwerte77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals for fully verified accounts. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
• suwerte77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of verification checks or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Funds deposited into your suwerte77 account may not be transferred to another player's account under any circumstances.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

suwerte77 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. suwerte77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, the decision of suwerte77 is final and binding.

Specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates for each promotion will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Players are encouraged to read all promotion-specific terms before opting in.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the suwerte77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one suwerte77 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the suwerte77 Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to suwerte77 immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate or acting as an agent for other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the suwerte77 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of suwerte77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

8 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit suwerte77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

9 Responsible Gaming

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, suwerte77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, where permitted by applicable law. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — such as a voluntary closure request — any verified balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.
